New haircut and Winkin'!

Well, Josh is still away in Canada, and we have been trying our best to have fun while he has been away. We certainly don't want Jared to be sad just because his dada is gone! Here are a few photos of Jared getting his first professional hair cut...he did great!

After that Pa decided it would be a good idea to teach Jared how to wink...since all of the ladies would be flirting with him with his new hair style. Take a look:
I thought I was going to film him doing his "knee slappin' laugh", however he chose to do things a bit different for us. He is so cute...gotta love him!

SOCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Josh and Jared spent a whole day together this week. The reason for this is because Josh is going to Canada for 10 days and we thought Jared needed some extra "dad" time. After spending a whole day, Josh informed me that it is very hard to get anything done with our very inquisitive child. As a matter of fact, just folding clothes was hard, since Jared wanted to grab items and go running away! By the time I got home, the only item left for him to run away with were his daddy's socks. Jared thought he was getting away with something he shouldnt have, but when I told him that I would put them on him, he was super excited and tried to hold up his leg for me. "Oh, no", I said, "we are going to put these on your arms"!!!! He thought this was great! take a look at this...

Spaghetti

I really do miss the days when Jared would let US feed HIM!! Now, he will simply choose not to eat, if we don't let him feed himself. SOOOooooooo, for those of you that know me...this has proved to be difficult for me...when Jared is eating messy food. I know, he will not learn how to do it if I don't let him...but man, oh man, do I HATE the MESS!!!! Watch this video...
We had to give him a bath immediately following this. He likes to hide while he is eating now (he puts his hands over his eyes)...so no matter what he is eating, it ends up all over his face. God is teaching me patience through our child! ;)
